Q: What should I do while waiting for the tow truck?

While you're waiting for our tow truck to arrive, we suggest that you move to a safe location. Preferably off of any major roadways. If that isn't possible, move to the far right of the shoulder of they highway and turn on your hazards or put out safety triangles. So that passersby will be aware that you are roadside. It's important that you and your passengers remain out of the roadway at all times during your wait.

Q: How do you protect my vehicle from damage during a tow?

Cow Creek Towing ensures that we use the right truck and equipment required for each vehicle. We use flatbed tow trucks for all-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive vehicles. This ensures that the drivetrain remains unharmed. Using an 8-point tie-down system, we secure your vehicle to the flatbed so that it arrives at its destination without damage.

Q: Do I need to be with the vehicle for you to tow it?

It’s best if you are present to approve the tow and sign an authorization, but in some cases contactless assistance can be arranged (e.g., key handoff, shop drop). Ask dispatch what’s possible for your situation.
